1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the dk77 website at dk77.io, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any software or services provided by dk77 to players.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered a dk77 account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal player account created upon successful registration on dk77, through which all deposits, withdrawals, bets, and gaming activity are conducted.
• "Balance" / "Wallet" means the BDT-denominated funds held in a Player's dk77 Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or bonus amount awarded by dk77 subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in eligible games before it may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the official currency of Bangladesh and the sole transaction currency on the dk77 platform.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any sporting event, casino game, crash game, colour prediction round, or other gaming product available on dk77.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of dk77 is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the dk77 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an Account, you expressly represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. dk77 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, their Account will be immediately suspended, all balances will be forfeited, and any winnings derived from wagering activity while underage will be void.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The dk77 Platform is operated for and marketed to players in Bangladesh. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are accessing the Platform from Bangladesh and that your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction. Players accessing dk77 from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law do so entirely at their own risk and may not hold dk77 liable for any consequences arising from such access.

2.3 Capacity to Contract

You confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with dk77, that you are not acting on behalf of a third party, and that you are not a politically exposed person, subject to financial sanctions, or otherwise restricted from entering into contractual arrangements of this nature.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full functionality of dk77 — including depositing, wagering, and withdrawing — you must register a personal Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player may register and maintain only one Account on dk77. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. dk77 employs technical and manual verification procedures to detect multi-accounting. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts associated with that individual will be suspended, balances forfeited, and winnings voided without prior notice.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

dk77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, and proof of payment method ownership — before a withdrawal is processed or at any point during your Account's active status. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account termination.

3.4 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — including bets, deposits, and withdrawals — will be treated as having been authorised by you. dk77 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dk77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers, City Bank transfers, BRAC Bank transfers, Islami Bank transfers, and Sonali Bank transfers. dk77 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Maximum withdrawal limits may apply on a per-day, per-week, or per-month basis depending on Account verification status and payment method. These limits are communicated within the Player's Account dashboard.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to a Player's dk77 Wallet within 60 seconds of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the respective financial institution. dk77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawals to mobile banking services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. dk77 does not charge fees on withdrawals; however, the Player's own bank or mobile banking provider may apply standard transaction fees.

4.5 Currency

All transactions on dk77 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). dk77 does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. Attempting to deposit in a foreign currency may result in the transaction being rejected by the payment processor.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

dk77 offers promotional bonuses, welcome offers, reload bonuses, free bets, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits set out in the applicable promotion's terms at the time the offer is claimed. These Terms and Conditions apply to all bonuses in addition to any offer-specific terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the promotion-specific terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they may be converted to real-money withdrawable funds. Wagering on certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer baccarat, roulette, and certain low-margin slots — may contribute at a reduced percentage toward the fulfilment of a Wagering Requirement. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

dk77 reserves the right to void any bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend or terminate any Account where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses across multiple accounts, placing bets that hedge bonus funds against real-money funds, and exploiting promotional structures in ways not intended by dk77.

5.4 Withdrawal of Bonuses

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Any withdrawal request made before a Wagering Requirement is complete will result in the forfeiture of outstanding bonus funds and any winnings attributable to those bonus funds. Only real-money funds in excess of the bonus balance will be released for withdrawal in such circumstances.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on dk77 — including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other available markets — are subject to the applicable rules of the relevant sport and the specific market rules published within the dk77 sportsbook. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, dk77's decision shall be final and binding.

6.2 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting is available on selected events. dk77 reserves the right to suspend or restrict in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted before an in-play market is suspended will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules. dk77 is not responsible for any delay between real-world events and the Platform's live data feed.

6.3 Casino and Live Casino Games

All casino and live casino games available on dk77 — including but not limited to baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, and Andar Bahar — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe. The rules of each game are governed by the respective game studio's published rules. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply on a per-table or per-game basis as displayed within the game interface.

6.4 Crash Games and Colour Prediction

Crash games (including Aviator) and colour prediction rounds are subject to the specific rules of each game as provided by the relevant game studio. Results are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) algorithms. Past results do not influence future outcomes.

6.5 Void Bets

dk77 reserves the right to declare any bet void where: (a) the bet was placed on an event whose outcome was already determined at the time the bet was accepted; (b) the odds or pricing applicable to the bet were subject to a technical error and were manifestly incorrect; or (c) the bet involved collusion, corruption, or any form of match manipulation.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dk77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, regardless of the identity or payment method used.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform without the express written consent of dk77.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games, payment systems, or bonus calculations for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet, including in live casino games.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the dk77 Platform to deposit and withdraw funds without meaningful wagering activity.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account, including on your behalf.

8 Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Suspension by dk77

dk77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reason to believe that a Player has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players. During a suspension, the Player's Wallet balance will be held pending investigation.

8.2 Termination by the Player

A Player may request Account closure at any time by contacting dk77 customer support. Upon Account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

8.3 Consequences of Termination for Breach

Where an Account is terminated by dk77 due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, dk77 reserves the right to void and forfeit all balances — including real-money deposits — where the Player's conduct involved fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other form of deliberate dishonesty. dk77 may also pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

dk77 endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond dk77's reasonable control. dk77 shall not be liable for any losses suffered by a Player as a result of Platform downtime or interruption.

11.2 Accuracy of Information

While dk77 takes all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of odds, game results, account balances, and other information displayed on the Platform, technical errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a manifest error — including an incorrectly displayed price, payout, or balance — dk77 reserves the right to correct the error and, where necessary, void any bets placed at an erroneous price.

11.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dk77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the amount of the Player's real-money deposits made to their dk77 Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.4 Exclusions

dk77 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any financial losses resulting from wagering activity.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

13 Amendments to These Terms

dk77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the dk77 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. 14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which dk77 operates.
